The Millhog Dictator I.D. clamping, welding end-prep tool dry cuts stainless steel, duplex and other hard pipe with an outside diameter to 20 in. Esco Tool (www.escotool.com) says the tool is suitable for offshore facilities where pipe and weld quality are critical. The tool develops 4,000 ft. lbs. of torque at the cutter blade and pulls a continuous thick chip without cutting lubricants.
