The Stoody 600 weld wire reduces downtime and extends service life of high pressure cement rolls. High-pressure cement roll performance was field-tested. In one plant, the roll cut maintenance and replacement costs by more than 50 percent. The 600 is made up of a fine titanium-carbide matrix that provides high strength, abrasion resistance to the high-pressure roll. The open arc alloy is available in ¹ /16, ³ /32, and ⁷ /64 in. dia. wires on #60 coils and 33 spools.
