Flap discs for stainless steel

Rex-Cut Megabrite T27 Finishing Flap Discs are offered in three grades: coarse, medium and fine grits for cleaning, deburring, blending, and finishing stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals. After removing weld splatter with coarse or medium, the fine grit is works well for the surface conditioning of stainless steel to achieve a grained-in final finish.

Featuring smooth, controlled action, the flap discs consist of layers of non-woven synthetic fiber surface conditioning materials, and constantly reveal fresh abrasives as they work. Available in diameters of 4.5 in. and 5 in., with 0.875-in. holes or 5/8-11 adapters with or without hubs, the flap discs are rated to 13,300 rpm.
