Thermal Dynamics (www.thermadyne.com) has developed a line of plasma cutting machines designed to improve productivity, and to provide an added punch when fabricators need the extra power.
Thermal Dynamics said the five plasma cutting machines in its
trademarked Cutmaster True Series line can cut at their rated power
for full days on end, yet provide as much as two-and-a-half times
of additional power – an extra punch – when it is
needed.
• The machines in the line include:
• The Cutmaster 39, with a recommended cut of … in.,
and a maximum cut of 5/8 in.
• The Cutmaster 52, with a recommended cut of in., and a
maximum cut of 1 1/8 in.
• The Cutmaster 82, with a recommended cut of in., and a
maximum cut of 1 in.
• The Cutmaster 102, with a recommended cut of 1 in., and a
maximum cut of 1 in.
• And, the Cutmaster 152, with a recommended cut of 1 …
in., and a maximum cut of 2 in.
Thermal Dynamics said all five products in the line
provide:
Operator confidence and error free use from set up to clean
up.
A full day of work at the recommended cut capacity along with the
extra punch when it is needed.
A four-year unlimited power supply warranty along with its
trademarked True Guard roll bar.
Its trademarked True Tip cutting tip, that the company said is the
only 60-amp drag cutting tip on the market today.
The company’s patented, flexible 1Torch that includes one set
of consumable parts for the entire range of machines, lead
extension kits of to 100 ft., and the flexibility to move quickly
from hand to mechanized cutting with the change of a torch and the
ability to add a printed circuit board for CNC interface.
And, portability because of the machines’ lightweight
design.
Thermal Dynamics is planning to introduce and demonstrate its Cutmaster True Series line of plasma cutting machines at the FabTech International and AWS Welding Show in Chicago in November.
