Middlesex Gases & Technologies, Inc. (www.middlesexgases.com) purchased the assets of Mass Oxygen, a small industrial gases and welding supply company in Lowell, Mass., in early September.

Separately, the company opened a new location in Warwick, R.I., and added two service vans that are dedicated to preventive maintenance for Cryo systems, installation piping group and welding equipment.

Middlesex Gases serves the greater Boston area, southern New Hampshire, and Rhode Island, with a range of specialty gases, safety equipment, welding and related products.
