a welder at Banker Steel, strikes a first arc on one of the 27
columns that will be the foundation for the 1,776-foot-tall Freedom
Tower in New York City, on the site of the former World Trade
Center. Banker Steel is a steel fabricator based in Lynchburg, Va.
