American Welding Society's JobFind Internet site has been selected to Weddle's Top 350 Career web portals.

The American Welding Society's career website, AWS JobFind, (www.aws.org/jobfind) is featured in Weddle's 2007/2008 Guide to Employment Sites on the Internet. The Weddle's guides are the leading source of information for the more than 40,000 job boards and career portals now operated on the Internet.

The guides have been dubbed by The American Staffing Association as the "Zagat of the online employment industry," and is on "Consumer's Report" 350 of the best employment websites.

The AWS site has had tremendous growth since its inception in May 2001. It currently houses nearly 1,900 active resumes and almost 1,800 registered employers and averages 20,000 unique visitors per month, making it one of the most visited pages on the AWS website. In addition, JobFind's average job postings have steadily increased from ten postings per month during its launch to over 40 per month at present, and nearly 1,500 jobs have been posted to date.
